I’m Andy, a certified Health Coach with a special focus on stress management. I help people recognise and address stress in their lives, whether they’re acutely aware of it or unknowingly experiencing its impact through physical, mental and emotional symptoms.

After years in a high-pressure careers, I personally endured varying levels of stress, ranging from mild to severe. I faced numerous health issues that, at the time, I chalked up to “just life” and accepted. I went through rounds and rounds of medical testing, but none of the specialists I consulted identified stress as the root cause. Instead, I received temporary reassurance that nothing was “seriously wrong,” yet my symptoms continued, affecting my overall well-being.

This experience sparked a passion within me to understand what truly makes us feel better and live well. It led me to pursue training as a health coach, helping me reframe stress not as an inevitable part of life but as a challenge that can be managed and even minimised. I am dedicated to guiding others on this journey, using both my personal insights and professional skills.
