Through my coaching, I focus on three main areas:
Identify - Gain clarity on what’s really fueling your stress. We’ll uncover the patterns, triggers, and habits that keep you feeling stuck. This is about creating awareness — because you can’t shift what you can’t see.
Reframe - Change the way you see and respond to challenges. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and simple mindset tools that help you turn stress into something you can manage, not something that controls you.
Rebuild - Create lasting habits that support a calmer, more balanced life. Here’s where everything comes together, we’ll focus on strengthening your resilience, building supportive routines, and helping you feel more grounded and in control.
Identify
You know something isn’t right.
Something needs to change, or things could just be better. But you are not sure where to start or how to start.
Through three sessions we’ll work through a comprehensive lifestyle review of where you are at and start the process to change.
Reframe
Your stress levels are a concern.
You know you are stressed but you just accept it and see it as a part of everyday life. Everyone is stressed right?
Based on your unique lifestyle, through four sessions our goal is to find realistic and sustainable actions to create real change.
Rebuild
Your stress levels are a problem.
You don’t feel you are working to the best of your ability and it’s having an impact on your personal and professional life.
Through seven sessions we’ll work together to identify triggers and causes and focus on strategies to improve your life and long term success.
